All our cottages are available in engineered post & beam or conventional engineered scissor trusses. We will build to any customers layout or design and will provide construction anywhere in Canada.
We offer a variety of exterior finishes from full wood to vinyl, brick, stone whatever your preference is. These cottages are offered on variety of foundations from preserved wood to concrete block or poured if you prefer.
These packages are offered in a variety of shingled roofs or steel. Depending on preference and location. All package are framed in SPF grade framing materials. Customers have the option of using composite sheeting or high grade plywood. We offer cottage packages from 500 ft² and up. We welcome island jobs and hard to get at places.

All our conventional homes are based off of engineered truss configurations, although most designs can be altered and redesigned in engineered post & beam.
